Well-Being 

We carry the universal laws within our DNA. We carry the supernatural in our nature. The future is all about raising our energy vibrations through connecting our own individual wellness and transformation journeys to the collective energy of humanity to sustain earth’s magical and abundant resources as well as the evolutionary survival of our race. Healing journey are on-going, wellness is a birth-right and we are always in a state of healing, transformation and evolution so we might as well give our best shot to and honour the magical being that we are. All we seek is found in the most natural, organic essence of the universe's energy. Awakened to this truth, we dont need to step outside our own abundance once we have the tools to unlock the magic within.

Holistic

A holistic approach means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental wellness needs. The support takes into deep account your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

Each person will have a different experience, is unique, bio-individual and therefore have a different path to recovery that is influenced by their age, gender, culture, heritage, language, history, faith, sexual and gender identity, relationship status, life experience and beliefs.

A holistic approach focusses on your wellness on the mental (mind), emotional (heart), physical (body) and spiritual (spirit). It is all connected and one would not sustain with the parts of the whole. 

Integrative

This is a combined approach of the disciplines of Life Coaching (Niches include: Authenticity, Transformation & Change, Inner Voice, Well-being, Empowerment and lifestyle), Positive Psychology, Transcendental Psychology, Practical Philosophy, Breath Work, Transcendental Mediation, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Existential and Humanistic Therapy, Drama and Art Therapy (Niche: Healing through Story-telling), Circle Facilitating, Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching. 

The Seeker

I call my clients: Seekers; seekers of their ultimate truth, bio-individual optimum well-being.

It is stemmed from the philosophy of the way of the seeker. A seeker moves through life with intention to awaken and evolve, to learn and grow, to heal and thrive so that one can live in a more rich and fulfilling life. A life that you define according to your own definition of self authentication and fulfilment after healing and awakening.

The seeker wants to experience life and themselves more deeply. They want to connect with life in a way that helps them to attain truth of who they are and what it means to be whole and connected. ​
